Good stuff
It's great and a little goes a long way. Mixes well in everything I've put it in hot or cold. Very clean and pure product and the quality is constant with each purchase so far. Don't use too much unless you don't mind flatulence.

I absolutely recommend this product!!
Research led me to try this after my Gastroenterologist advised me to supplement my diet with prebiotic fiber. This powder has only one ingredient: Inulin.Honestly, I had never even heard of it before. Searching various products, inulin generally speaking, from several reputable sources, reportedly possesses the qualities that could correct the issues that had afflicted me.Without any other changes daily or medication, I now also include 1 tbsp of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. My IBS has completely disappeared. It really is a miracle!Despite eating an otherwise healthy diet, I did not realize that I still lacked the additional prebiotics & fiber needed to create a healthy gut microbiome. This powder mixes well with plain water or anything else, and the taste is barely noticeable (aside from being slightly sweet if undiluted).I absolutely recommend this product!!

Good product at a great price.
I add this to my water every morning and it helps me from being hungry first thing in the morning. By using it. I don't have to eat breakfast until lunch time. I'm trying to eat in a 6-hour eating window everyday and fast for 18 hours a day. This makes it easy for me to do that. I even add it to my coffee. I do buy this manufacturer's product a lot and it was a great value. I will buy it again

Great fiber
Great way to add fiber to any food. You can mix it in to your food before cooking or apply it after cook before eating. It really helps if you hate the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners.

Pretty good
To be perfectly honest, I failed to give this Inulin a chance when I first purchased it. However, this weekend I felt so incredibly bloated that it was on the verge of being considered unbearably uncomfortable. I thought to put this Inulin into a cup of tea and am so glad I did. Things definitely moved about and by later that night, the incredible uncomfortable-ness had been alleviated. I only used 1/4 tsp too, but it was just enough to make the impact I needed it too. It's now being incorporated into my day everyday.

Seems Very Pure, Clean white power, Yogurt came out Excellent
Bought this to make L Reuteri yogurt. I chose NOW because I use their vitamins and felt they would make it very pure. Also I felt the bottle would be easier to work with and easier to keep the Inulin free of contaminants. It is a very clean white-ish powder. I am very happy with the product. You can find a video of my yogurt results and Tips on the product page for the Ultimate Probiotic Yogurt Maker. Ultimate is the brand name.

Taking for my brain. ABSOLUTELY tasteless. Excellent value.
After seeing a few articles describing the cognitive benefits to Inulin Fructo-oligosaccharide I opted to give it a try to see if it could help with my deteriorating memory. A study conducted at London's Crown College found that cognitive test scores of elderly patients improved after 12 weeks on this supplement. This may seem odd for a digestion supplement but there have been a number of discoveries in the last few years concerning the connection between gut health and brain function. Apparently this stuff feeds some normal variety(ies) of gut bacteria that produce some compound that crosses the blood/brain barrier and does your grey matter a good turn. The study also found and noted that it had no other benefits at all as I assume this stuff was previously being marketed under other claims.I started off with capsules. Though large, they were easy to swallow. I noticed no effect from them whatsoever good or bad, though they only last 4 weeks. I went to a 1 pound bottle of powder this time and have continued for another ten days or so. I have only my subjective opinion to rely on, but I feel as if I am seeing some small improvements in my memory: name recall, function recall, processing, etc. This time it seems as if use of the powder may have slightly increased flatulence (farting) but not problematically so and even if it was the Inulin, the effect is fading off. The powder is ASTOUNDINGLY tasteless. Last night I dissolved two heaping teaspoons in perhaps 5 ounces of warm water and when I drank it, it tasted EXACTLY like a glass of water. The water does not need to be warm - I was only trying to enhance and detect the taste of the stuff. The powder is extremely fine and dissolves quite readily. And I have mixed it in my morning coffee, juice and water. It would be perfect in smoothies if you're into those - I'm just too lazy for that. This powder was less than half the price/gram of the capsules I was taking and so I regard it as an excellent value. My deteriorating memory has been a major concern for me and the lack of effective therapies was distressing. This seems like a very low risk possibility with some valid science behind it. I plan to continue to take this stuf for 6 - 9 months before deciding whether or not I discern a valid, objective benefit. If I'd had some sort of baseline cognitive testing that I could repeat, I would test after 12 weeks to see if there were anything detectable happening. There is always the placebo effect but I do my best not to let my hopes and expectations hold sway. However, finding something that even suggests a valid possibility of therapeutic benefit improves my outlook on the future and I can't deny that is an enjoyable change. I will buy Inulin again and I will very likely buy it from NOW supplements.
