I'm very impressed. These are the cutest. The colors are great. Easy to wash, durable, good quality. The velcro is solid and holds great! Other brands has very little velcro and wears out. Not these the tightness is adjustable. Definitely measure your dog to ensure correct size. These fit very secure. I bought an xl for an 80 lbs golden retriever. I can't get over how well These work .

I bought an XL for my 2 year old pittie has urinary incontinence since she was spayed. Ugh! Bought these to help with the little urine spots she leaves when lying down/sleeping. She is 63 lbs. and has a long body. It seems a little short on her (I wish it hugged her actual waist( but she’s long , so I get it). It seems to bug her in the rear leg area( maybe because i have to secure it snugly in order to fit her around her snatch waist, but i think size large would be too small?). LOL That is the reason for the 4 stars. Overall, they seem to be made well & seem absorbent. We’ll see how it goes—this is day 1.

They run a little small but are adorable and fit well.

The medium fits my 15lb toy Australian shepherd very well! I haven’t used them yet for her heat, but it’s cute & looks/feels well-made. Tail hole not necessary for our baby but would be convenient for other dogs!

These ruffle doggie diapers are absolutely adorable! Love the way they look on my fur baby! Problem is...there is a lot of material there -- and they are a bit bulky and heavy for my 25lb girl to wear. It is a bit challenging for her to walk/run in them -- and I can tell she is not very comfortable. I think they would be better for bigger dogs who can carry the weight of them. Good quality...made well with strong velcro straps that stay on tight. No leakage issues (but I lined it with a sanitary pad inside also).

These worked really well for my puppy in heat. They did not leak through, and washed and dried great with no decrease in performance. The only problem is that the tail opening is pretty big, so my dog could get her nose in there and often got her tail tucked inside when she was curled up sleeping. I never had an issue with leaking from the large opening, but I think for incontinence that might be an issue. She did look very cute and seemed to be pretty comfy.
