We don’t usually buy bananas in the warmer weather because our kitchen fills with fruit flies. It’s annoying. What’s more annoying is that in the summer I crave Cheerios with ice cold milk and sliced bananas but I really can’t stand all of those fruit flies so I don’t get to eat cereal with bananas much. I’ve tried the little fruit fly traps with apple cider vinegar and it did lessen the number of fruit flies but they still seemed to be abundant. I wasn’t completely sold on the efficacy of this item but I figured I try it. Well, for the first time in years there are bananas in the fruit basket and no fruit flies swarming them this summer! They’re all stuck to the sticky pad! It’s even caught the flies that wander in when we open the screen door. There’s no smell or mess which is nice. With the apple cider vinegar, it smelled awful when one of us would inevitably knock it over. Plus I had to remember to refill it. With this I just change the sticky part out when there are a lot of bugs on it. I bought a whole pack of sticky things and I’ll probably buy another plug in for another part of the house.

When I tell you I haven't seen a fruit fly - fly past my face and annoy me since I've bought this product I mean it! I was getting so tired and annoyed of these little fruit flys buzzing past me and never being able to catch them. Finally I said that's it's I need to buy something to fix this. I did my research online and then proceeded to see what Amazon had to offer. I came across safer home which was also in one of the articles I read online. The reviews are pretty good so I bought it. Since having it plugged in my kitchen I haven't had one annoying fruit fly pass my face. I've had this product for about two- maybe three weeks. It works so well! It comes with two sticky pads. Easy to put in, very safe for your pets and family, the speed of how fast it worked was wild and still is! There is no smell. I really enjoy the blue light especially at night it's like a little night light. I'm going to buy another one for the bedroom just because I like it that much even though I haven't seen one fly in my path since getting it. Plug it in and let it do its job. You'll totally forget about having little flying pests.

These are by far the best flying bug catchers. I have bought more expensive ones that don’t work as well but they do work. This particular brand works the best. I have seen reviews where people say that they don’t work. There is no way possible that they do not work. I have such a clean house that people want to take their shoes off when they come in and these still catch gnats and flying bugs. If you put them in the top outlet, they do work better. I have one in my kitchen. I have one by where my dog food is I did not put them in the bathrooms I put them in the hallway to the bathroom because that seems to work better than to actually put them in the bathroom. Again, I’ve seen so many reviews saying that this product does not work and that is absolutely untrue because I am a clean person and they work so for people that aren’t as clean as I am then they should definitely work. This is by far the best brand and the best price to catch flying bugs, undoubtedly. It’s that time of year where you’re still going to see knats flying around in your house no matter what you do but eventually they get stuck on this trap. I would highly recommend it and I’ve been buying them for two years. They are definitely the best. I am the person that does not do reviews. I did this review because I don’t know why I see so many negative reviews on this product. The product works well.

Works like it should. Has a blue LED light and a sticky card that attracts gnats and small pests. Used it in our kitchen and so far it’s worked well. It’s a great natural option. It doesn’t completely eliminate the pests but the ones it attracts haven’t been able to escape. Does not smell like other “fly traps”. Currently using in the kitchen next to my fruit bowl and it’s performing well.

Bought two of these on Sunday and checked them today (Tuesday) and was astounded at the amount of gnats already eliminated! I recently got some indoor plants and they had little gnats living in the soil. They’ve been a real pain this last month so I decided to get these traps after doing some homemade remedies that some friends recommended with no success. I was skeptical about these types of traps after reading abroad spectrum of reviews both positive and negative. I decided to get them and try them out. After 24 hours, I can already tell a difference and it’s pretty clear that they are working better than expected. Five stars. So far they’ve exceededmy expectations.

You never know how many little bugs are constantly crawling through your home until you plug in a few of these Safer Home Fly Traps, wait a week, then pull off the sticky backing and see them all stuck there! I had a tiny gnat problem, very tiny, but I had some stragglers hanging about after I cleared the bigger gnat problem from my plants. I bought a few of these, placed them around the gnatty zones, and left them to do their thing. A week later...Yeah, I got all the gnats...but I also caught some flies, some ants, some carpet bugs, and moths. Stuff I've almost never seen with my own eyes. And there were some on every trap! I'm definitely buying some refills, and going to swear by these for years to come. A very, very good get!
