I used this UniBond Anti-Mould sealant to re-do the seal around my bath, and the results are excellent. It's a high-quality white silicone sealant that is easy to tool into a smooth, professional-looking bead. After curing, it forms a tough, flexible, and completely waterproof barrier. I've used this brand before, and the mould protection is genuinely effective and long-lasting, even in our steamy bathroom.The one crucial piece of advice is to ensure you have excellent ventilation during application. The acetic acid (vinegar) smell while it cures is incredibly strong. We had the window wide open and the extractor fan running for several hours. This is typical for a good quality sealant, but it's something first-time users need to be prepared for. As long as you prepare your surfaces properly and air the room out, you'll be left with a brilliant, durable finish.

Used around the bathtub, still works well. I had to replace the previous 2 times in 1 month as slightly peeled off but this guy stronger than the other brand, and holds well. After the first purchase I bought more to finish the kitchen as well.
